What this covers

This notice covers the Compute website and app at computepad.io. It does not cover Pump.fun, your wallet, the Solana blockchain or other sites we link to. They have their own policies.

What we collect

  • Your wallet address, when you connect. We store it with your account and your sign-in session. The session is a secure, http-only cookie that lasts 7 days, and it is the only cookie Compute sets itself.
  • Prompts and images. The prompts you write, the images generated from them and any artwork you upload.
  • Coin details you publish: name, ticker, description, artwork and links.
  • Payments and credits. Invoices, amounts, transaction signatures, your credit ledger, GPU rentals, coin GPU budget contributions and withdrawal requests.
  • Technical data. Your IP address is used to apply rate limits and is held in short-lived counters, and ordinary server logs can include request details. When the bot check on sign-in is on, your IP address and a challenge token are sent to Cloudflare to verify it.
  • On your device. Compute saves drafts, receipts for payments in progress and a few preferences in your browser’s storage. They stay on your device unless you submit them.
  • Messages you send to support, including any contact details in them.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, we do not sell your data, and we never ask for or receive your private keys or seed phrase. We do not ask for your name or email unless you contact us.

What is public

  • Coin pages: name, ticker, description, artwork, links, the creator’s shortened wallet address, and launch and trading activity.
  • Images shared to the gallery, never with their prompt or wallet. Images made in a coin’s studio are shared by default, and images from your personal studio are private unless you share them.
  • The network figures on the GPU dashboard.
  • Everything on the Solana blockchain, including your wallet address and every transaction you sign. It is public and permanent, and Compute cannot delete it.

Who processes your data

Compute uses these services to run, and they process some of your data for us:

  • Runpod generates images from your prompts.
  • OpenAI checks prompts, generated images and uploaded artwork with its moderation service.
  • Vast.ai provides the machines behind GPU rentals. A rented GPU runs on a machine hosted by a third party, and whatever you put on it can be seen by that host.
  • Neon hosts our database, Railway hosts the application, and Cloudflare provides DNS, the sign-in bot check and image storage.
  • A Solana RPC provider reads the chain and relays signed transactions, and price sources (Coinbase, Kraken and Jupiter) are queried for the SOL price. Neither receives your name or contact details.

These providers process data under their own terms and may handle it in other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep prompts, images, coin details and account records until you ask us to delete them (see Support). We keep records we need for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons, such as payments, the credit ledger and rental records. Rate-limit counters last about a minute, and a sign-in session lasts 7 days. A rented GPU and its files are deleted when the rental ends.

When you remove an image from the gallery it leaves the public gallery, and the private copy stays in your account until it is deleted.

Your choices

  • Share or remove any image from Your generations in the Studio.
  • Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by contacting Support with your wallet address. We may ask you to prove that you control the wallet. Depending on where you live you may have legal rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and we will respond as the law requires.
  • Sign out at any time, and clear your browser’s storage to remove the drafts and receipts saved on your device.

We cannot delete on-chain data, or anything already copied to Pump.fun, wallets or explorers.

Compute is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
