How to report
Send us a message with:
- Where it is. For a coin, the page address. For a gallery image, the image address (right-click the image and copy its address) and the coin it was made in, if any.
- What is wrong. For example illegal content, content that exploits minors, someone’s likeness used without consent, an impersonation, or a copyright problem.
- How to reach you, so we can ask a question if we need to.
Contact details will be posted here before payments open to the public.
The rules are in the Terms. Images in the public gallery come from Compute’s image studios. The person who made an image can remove it themselves, and we can remove any image that breaks the rules.
Urgent safety reports
If you find sexual content involving minors, report it to your country’s hotline or the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) as well as to us. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Copyright notices
If you own or control a copyright and believe an image or a coin’s artwork on Compute infringes it, send a notice that includes:
- a description of the work you say is infringed;
- where the material appears on Compute, with the address;
- your name, and an email address or other way to reach you;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner;
- your signature, which can be typed.
If you made content that was removed and you believe that was a mistake, tell us in the same way and explain why. We may block wallets that repeatedly infringe.
What happens next
We review reports and remove content that breaks the Terms. We may also hide a coin’s page, stop serving its artwork, restrict what a wallet can do, or block it. We may keep a record of a report and what we did about it, and we may pass reports of unlawful content to the authorities.
We may not be able to tell you the outcome of every report.
What we cannot remove
Compute can hide a page on Compute and stop serving an image from Compute. It cannot change anything on the Solana blockchain, and it cannot remove copies held by other sites. A coin’s name, ticker and artwork are published as token metadata that cannot be edited, and copies may remain on Pump.fun, in wallets and on explorers.
