Who we are

Compute is a launchpad for Pump.fun coins with an AI image studio and GPU rentals, at computepad.io. The legal entity that operates Compute is not named on this page yet.

Owner decision needed. The operator’s legal name has not been set. Name it before payments open to the public.

You can reach us here. For help with a payment or a job, see Support.

Contact details will be posted here before payments open to the public.

Who may use Compute

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use crypto assets and AI image tools where you live. Compute is not available to anyone on a sanctions list or in a place under comprehensive sanctions. If you do not meet these conditions, do not use Compute.

We may refuse, limit or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts Compute or other people at risk.

Wallets and signing

Compute is non-custodial for wallets: you connect your own Solana wallet, and Compute never sees or holds your private keys or seed phrase. We will never ask for them.

Signing in proves you control a wallet. It never authorizes a payment. Every launch, trade and payment needs its own signature in your wallet, and your wallet shows the transaction before you sign it. Check it.

Transactions on Solana are final. Compute cannot reverse, cancel or recover a transaction you signed, and you pay the network fees.

Credits and refunds

What credits are

Credits are prepaid usage accounting in US dollars. They are not a token, a bank deposit, an investment, a yield product or escrow, and they cannot be transferred to another account. The USDC or SOL you pay for credits goes to a wallet that Compute controls. The credit balance is a record Compute keeps for you.

Adding credits

You add credits by paying USDC or SOL from your wallet. SOL is priced at a live quote that is locked for 10 minutes. A payment turns into spendable credits only after the transfer is confirmed on chain.

If a payment does not turn into credits, send your wallet address and the transaction signature to Support. We reconcile it against the chain and either credit it or return it to the sending wallet.

Spending credits

An AI image reserves its price when you submit it. If the image is finished, stored and passes the content check, the reservation is charged. If it fails, or the result is blocked by a content check, the reservation is released and the credits are returned to you automatically.

Refunds

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable, except in these cases:

  • Credits reserved for a job that fails are returned automatically.
  • If a rented GPU disappears mid-hour, that hour is refunded as credits.
  • A payment that was sent but never credited is credited or returned to the sending wallet, as described above.
  • Anything we are required to refund by law.

Credits do not expire today. If that changes, we will say so on this page before it applies. We may refuse, hold or reverse a payment or credit that we believe is fraudulent or was made in error.

Coin GPU budgets

Credits you add to a coin’s GPU budget stay in that coin’s budget. They can only pay for that coin’s GPU work, cannot be moved back to your credits or withdrawn, and are not refundable once spent on images. The share of a coin’s creator fees that Compute credits to its GPU budget, and the prepay added at launch, work the same way.

Withdrawals

Unspent credits cannot be withdrawn unless the Withdraw tab in your wallet says withdrawals are open. When they are open, each request is reviewed and paid out by an operator, and the limits are shown there.

GPU rentals

A team GPU rental gives you a private Jupyter workspace on a GPU that Compute rents from its GPU provider (today Vast.ai), billed by the hour from your credits.

  • Billing. Each hour is charged when it starts, including the first. If you stop early, the hour already charged is not refunded. When your credits no longer cover the next hour, the rental ends.
  • Files. When a rental ends, the GPU is deleted together with every file on it. Download what you need before you stop.
  • Lost GPUs. If the GPU disappears mid-hour, that hour is refunded as credits.
  • Third-party hardware. The machine is hosted by a third party. Do not put secrets, private keys or personal data on it. Compute cannot guarantee the host’s security or availability.
  • One renter per GPU. Each GPU serves one renter and is retired when the rental ends, so availability changes and a model can be fully rented out.
  • Lawful use only. No cryptocurrency mining, and none of the uses listed under “What you may not do”.

When it is offered, a coin’s creator can switch on a dedicated GPU for the coin. It is billed by the hour from the coin’s GPU budget, busy or idle. Each hour is paid when it starts, an hour already paid is not refunded, and its files are kept for 24 hours after it stops and then released.

Renting machines from independent GPU owners is not available. Separate terms will apply if it opens.

Coins, creator fees and risk

Coins on Compute are created by their creators. Compute does not vet or endorse them, and a coin appearing on Compute is not a recommendation to buy it.

  • Coins can lose all of their value, and you can lose everything you put in.
  • Creator fees depend on trading and can be zero.
  • A coin’s GPU budget pays for that coin’s GPU work. It is not a return, a dividend or a claim on anything for holders.
  • Nothing on Compute is financial, legal or tax advice.
  • Compute has not been independently audited.

The fee split

When you launch a coin from Compute, its creator-fee split, as shown on each coin’s page, is written into the launch transaction. Pump.fun’s fee program enforces it, with admin rights over the split revoked, so neither the creator nor Compute can change it. Pump.fun controls that program, not Compute. After a launch, Compute reads the config on chain to check that it holds exactly the shares it was launched with, but it cannot promise how Pump.fun’s programs behave.

The GPU share goes to a wallet Compute controls, and Compute credits it to the coin’s GPU budget when fees are paid out.

Launching a coin

Launching and trading run on Pump.fun’s programs, and Pump.fun’s own terms apply to them. A launch cannot be undone. The coin’s name, ticker and artwork are published as token metadata that cannot be changed afterwards.

You are responsible for your coin. Its name, ticker, description and artwork must not infringe anyone’s rights, impersonate another project or person, or mislead buyers. We may hide a coin’s page on Compute or stop serving its artwork if it breaks these terms. We cannot change a coin or its metadata on Pump.fun or the blockchain.

Content and the public gallery

You are responsible for what you ask Compute to make and for what you upload. Use only prompts and files you have the right to use. AI-generated images can resemble existing works.

Who sees what

  • Images you make in your personal studio are private to your account unless you share them.
  • Images made in a coin’s studio are shared to that coin’s public gallery by default. You can remove each one from Your generations.
  • Prompts and wallet addresses are never shown in the gallery.
  • Coin pages, their artwork and launch activity are public.

License

You keep the rights you have in your images. When an image is shared to the gallery or used as coin artwork, you give Compute a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and copy it for that purpose while it stays shared. Coin artwork is also published as part of the coin’s token metadata, and copies may remain on Pump.fun, in wallets and on explorers, where Compute cannot remove them.

Content checks

Prompts and generated images are checked automatically with a moderation service. The checks are not a guarantee: something offensive, unlawful or infringing can get through.

Reports and removal

To report an image, a coin or a copyright problem, see Report content. We remove content that breaks these terms, and we may block wallets that repeatedly break them or repeatedly infringe.

What you may not do

Do not use Compute to:

  • create, upload or share illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or intimate images of real people without their consent;
  • impersonate a person, brand or project, or use someone’s likeness to deceive or harass;
  • harass, threaten or exploit anyone;
  • infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights;
  • mine cryptocurrency, or attack, scan or spam other systems, or distribute malware, from a rented GPU;
  • deceive people about a coin or manipulate its market;
  • get around payments, limits, content checks or access rules, or abuse the service with bots or many wallets;
  • process inputs or run workloads you are not authorized to.

We may remove content, hide coin pages, end rentals, block wallets and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

No Compute token

Compute has not issued a token and is not selling one. Anything sold as $COMPUTE or under a similar name is not from Compute. Compute credits are not a token.

Liability

Compute is provided as is, without promises about uptime, results or fitness for a purpose. It relies on third parties we do not control, including the Solana network, Pump.fun, GPU providers, hosting and moderation services. Any of them can fail, change or be unavailable.

To the extent the law allows, Compute is not liable for trading or investment losses, the price or value of any coin, lost profits, lost data, wallet or key compromise, network congestion, failures of third-party services, or indirect or consequential losses. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Compute for credits in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or consumer rights that cannot be waived.

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy notice.

Governing law

The governing law, the courts or arbitration that apply, and how disputes are resolved are not specified yet.

Owner decision needed. Choose the governing law and venue before payments open to the public.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using Compute after a change means you accept it. If we change how credits or refunds work, we will post it here before it applies to new payments.
